Firstly the hotel must have a clearly designated reception area. Furthermore, all of those rooms must accompany and suite bathrooms. As from the instant of registration the guest must have 24 hour access to the hotel without the necessity of a key. Therefore the owner or staff is at minimum available via involve residents throughout day / night. The restaurant must be open a minimum of 6 days every week snacks, breakfast or more.
