Microsoft appears to be experimenting with a new form of an ad in Windows 11's File Explorer. Florian Beaubois, a Microsoft MVP, and Twitter user found an ad in the current Windows 11 preview release encouraging people to try out the Microsoft Editor. Although the advertisements may have been displayed for certain Windows 11 users, Microsoft claims it was an error.
